As of right now, there is NO room..in fact as Mincey and Jackson are officially signed, one player will have to go. As the 3 others are signed, players will have to go as well...so a total of 4 will have to be cut.
If they sign anyone, a player also will have to be cut. Id this a problem if a Law or Patten is signed?? Absolutely not.

OK in real simple terms

RB - running back - carries the ball
FB - full back - blocks for RB sometime carries ball
WR - wide receiver - catches passes
TE - Tight End - bigger reciever and blocker - not as fast as a WR
C - center - snaps the ball to the QB
G - Guard - one on either side of C
OT - offensive Tackle - one on non C side of each Guard
(OL - offensive line - OT G C G OT or LT LG C RG RT
where LT = Left Tackle and RT = Right Tackle )
QB - Quarter back - passes or hands off the ball

Defense Line - players directly in front of opposing teams Offense Line
DT - Defensive tackle - guy in middle of Defense line - stop run/get to QB/RB
(with PATs only one DT on Defensive Line (DLine) other teams use 2)
DE - Defensive End - On out side of Defense line - stop run/get to QB/RB
LB - Line Backer - backup Dline - stop run and short passes get to QB/RB
- not as big as Dline guys
S - Saftey - stop run support - stop short inside/passes - back up CBs
- usally bigger than CBs but not as fast.
CB - Corner Back - stops any pass - fastest defensive guys so can cover deep passes well - does some stop run support.
