Before the draft Homes was tagged with character concerns. He was involved in an incident at OSU that ended with a girl getting a broken jaw. He was acquitted and the current OSU QB was put on prbation or something. Nolan Nawrocki at PFW alluded to the fact there was more there for teams willing to seek it, but wouldn't go into detail himself.
