My intention wasn't to "make a big deal" out of the fact it's a five year deal, I'm just pointing out the fact he did get a longer deal than everyone else (which you're correct - many of the other players in that round had been getting 5-year deals), along with comparing it against Revis' deal.
Also, to answer to your other question from the other day, Ian Rapoport of the Herald reported Cunningham's signing bonus, which I added to the rookie numbers:
