OK, so you understanding is that because Mankins spoken out, Kraft will make a poor/spiteful business decision and choose not to secure a 2nd for Mankins and instead have a problem all year and have Mankins showing up in October???

Seriously, here's the thing: by publicly slamming the Patriots and the Krafts like he has, he has made it much more unlikely that either A), B), or C) is going to happen. So again, it appears that he and his agent have painted themselves into a corner. It's a shame that they felt they had to do this because the Patriots held all the cards, but it was stupid IMO. I don't see Mankins winning this battle, so now everyone loses. |
