Default Zero increase in rookie salary pool for 2010?

While there is no salary cap overall, there is still a rookie salary cap that limits first-year compensation for drafted rookies.

According to Mike Reiss, Ted Larsen (#205 pick overall) got an $80,300 signing bonus for his four-year deal.

Last year, Myron Pryor, selected two picks later (#207), got $79,000.

That suggests that 2010 rookie deals should, by and large, be almost exactly the same, money-wise, as 2009 deals—although, according to ESPN Insider, the total pool did go up by about 3.5 percent.

probably a % geared heavily towards the 1st round picks...and top 10 picks specifically

FYI - The minimum salary in 2009 was $310,000. In 2010 it is $320,000. That is a 3.26% increase.
