Holmes was apparently told he had to turn off his iPod, but he refused - at which time he was removed from the flight.

Holmes was not arrested, and was allowed back on the plane, KDKA reports. No other details were released.

Look at it as the bright side for Jets fans. It took him a good three weeks after being acquired before his first incident. Vegas had it as his first weekend in NY. He might actually be cleaning up his act.
