I have no idea how much of this interview is real, and how much is Edelman's attempt at humor (his coach Doug Martin once said he'll say just about anything). As an example:

Well if Edelman's dinner w Doug Flutie goes anything like my brief interaction with Flutie, he'll be disappointed. I won't rant, but let's just say I think Flutie's a little bit of a phony.

They are both 5'10". Both were drafted late. Both had the dream of playing QB in the NFL. One was told he was too short to play be a QB in the NFL. The other was also told he can't play QB, but to switch to WR. One did manage to become a starting QB in the NFL, and did play QB for the NEP. For the other it is still a dream.
If I was Edelman, I would most certainly be looking to Flutie for inspiration and advice.

Thing is I doubt it would be since they actually have something in common...
His most troubling answer was seeing Macauley Culkin playing him in the movie of his life...I do hope he was kidding...
His most delusional answer was probably Jessica Alba...
And his confirmed nicknames seem to be babyfaceJ, JuJu and what Brady refers to him as in his PC's, Jewlz (at least we now have the spelling corrected on that one...).
