I guess he will miss at least one of the games against the Pats.

It is 8 games because it is his second positive test, the first one was more than ten years ago (ouch). Puts the Phins in a bind.

Ferguson is a free agent. The Phins weren't going to re-sign him anyway. He's 35 and said last season he'd probably retire:

I find it funny that he and the reporter assume the slate gets wiped clean after a certain period of time...like that is an excuse for taking the stuff in the first place
