Default How low will they go to trade A. Thomas??

I'm figuring that the Pats will trade A. Thomas before the draft.

What will they get for him, a seventh rounder? Yesterdays newspaper? Anything to keep him away from the Jets.

Then figuratively, what is the worst team for A. Thomas,, Detroit, St. Louis, Cleveland, if BB was a mean spirited type of guy?

How about to Arizona along with 22 and a 5th for Boldin and 26? Just a thought.

Do not trade to Detroit!!!
remember what they did last year with Kevin Connell, they turned him around and shipped him to the Jets for a higher draft pick.

The Lions played the PATS for suckers with that one

lets not repeat in 2010 with AT

If I were a franchise I wouldn't trade for him at all. A jag OLB with attitude problems...

no one will trade for a 33 year old LB that can't get to the QB any more. look at joey porter. he has 26 sacks in the last two years and still no one wants to trade for him.

and right now Ninkovich, and Crable, are the only OLB's on the roster so they are not going to cut him just yet.

Why would any team won't to trade for him? The Pats benched the guy, so why not wait until he gets cut and then go after him.

The Pats didn't trade him to the Lions; they cut him and Detroit claimed him off waivers.

IMO, the new CBA should prevent that from happening.

Why the fear that he goes to the Jets? Do you think that he actually has talent that BB wasn't able to tap into? And this same well of talent will be allowed to blossom under the genius of Rex Ryan? I don't get it. He has sucked for us for years. Wherever he lands he will continue to suck.

He does strike me as the type of malcontent that would cheap shot a QB if he ever mistakenly happened upon him, so I suppose there is a reason to be concerned that he ends up with an AFC East team...but to worry about the Jets specifically, seems unnecessary.

Unless someone is willing to offer their 2010 3rd-rounder, Bill shouldn't trade him until after the draft. By then, the LB situation should be sorted-out enough to determine whether AT needs to stay or go.
