OK, time to go on record whether Adam, Givens and Willie are Pats this 2006 season. I say Bye Adam and Givens and hopefully welcome back Willie, which I freely admit has more wishful thinking than reallity given FA frenzy. Remember it only takes ONE team to make a very large offer.

Three quality proven players asking to get paid comprobable to other players of the same ability, hmmmm, Patriots spending money?.. I don't think we'll see any of them again, and at this point I'd be glad to see Vinateri go after he denies an offer to be the highest paid kicker in football (something the Pat's generally do not do [see Tom Brady's contract]). He wasn't so spectacular last year, so what makes him worth over $3million a year.. He's not the only player that can make over 75% percent of his field goals consistently.

Strong, emotional reactions that Adam & Willie stay. I don't buy Adam here at all. The only reason I think Willie stays is that he's the only one of the 3 who has made the case that he'd really like to retire as a Patriot.
