Rumor has it they have agreed to a percentage with the NFLPA and are now just trying to work out that "little" detail on revenue sharing
That issue of course will dictate whether lower income teams actually can spend the money allowed under the CBA - so I can imagine that they would take a good amount of time to work out a fair revenue sharing plan that doesn't penalize teams with money devoted to expenditures like stadiums
But if indeed they have come to terms with the Union, that's significant and they can delay free agency and take the time they need to work out a revnue sharing plan as need be
