Lets face it a lot of very qualified coaches and FO people have left the team for promotions with other organizations, which speaks highly of BB and the Pats ability to train their staff. The Pats are relatively inexperienced at many key FO and coaching positions because the people in those positions have recently been promoted into those slots. I am wondering if those people feel secure enough in their new positions to be completely honest in their opinions or if they disagree, get push back, and then not defend their point completely.
Again my concern isn't with BB but with the rest of the young/inexperienced staff.

Understood but I don't think it's an issue as Belichick seems quite aware of it. Based on what he said and the events which followed, I would guess (and it's ONLY a guess) that Pees, despite being older, was one who wasn't coming up with ideas or disagreements to Bill's satisfaction. I would guess that Bill got more out of the relationship with Patricia with regard to this. Though it's only a guess.
On that note, I don't expect anyone to be named DC, I expect O'Brien to be named OC and Patricia to be de facto but unnamed DC.
