I know this will get moved (and it probably deserves to), but if you are looking for a reason to laugh at the Jets, PLEASE take a look at another fine example of their fan base:

Keeping in mind of course that it took Indy and Cinncy both quitting in order for them to make the playoffs. And no, I don't post on this board, it's just a riot to read sometimes.

Did you also read the reactions to that post? You were not the only one laughing at it. To be fair to that fan base, that post was an aberration, more or less.

Jets fans really are the gift that keeps on giving, aren't they? Their crappy, sub-500 team beats two opponents' backups and suddenly they think they can take on the world...

I especially like where he calls Braylon and Cotchery the best WR 1-2 punch around. They're maybe the third best WR 1-2 punch in the AFC East. Even without Welker, I'd take Moss and Edelman over them.

The original poster of that thread is a joke on the his own board. He is generally recognized as a delusional homer by fellow Jets fans. Not worth our time even discussing.

Even Jets fans in that thread admit that two weeks ago, most of the people on their board were trashing the team and after playing two teams that laid down it is ridiculous to call them the most talented team.

Not sure what the infatuation with the Jets are on this board. We're not playing them this week or the following week should the Pats win. Seems like there's more posts about them than the Ravens which I find odd.

The fact that Bryan Thomas garnered only a "time to step it up" likely indicates that Thomas wears his helmet backwards and tries to lick the football every time it's in his vicinity.

Usually this is fun, but right now there is only one thing I'm interested in and thats the Patriots in the playoffs.
