Figuring if Belichick signs anyone it will be towards the bottom of that list i started at the bottom and worked my way to Vic....just a guess...he would make a real good run blocking guard if Neal chooses to bolt.

It's unbelievable what a position Neal is in after not even playing football in college. I hope the Pats keep him. What would he be making in the market?

I'd love to see them try for Jerry Azumah, Bears CB, native of Worcester.

I too would love for the Pats to sign a FA OT to man the rightside. Not sure how much Backus is going to command on the open market, but he would be a good pickup. I'd even be fine with Riley as mentioned.

But I think Backus might be worth the extra $$ as he's only going into his 5th yr and could be a mainstay for another 4-5 on the right.

I think a line of Light-Mankins-Koppen-Kaczur-Backus would be more than solid. Best part is lots of versatility.

Another guy I'd really like is Scott Fujita. Hopefully Dallas doesn't resign him. He has the size to play LB for the pats and is relatively young.

Also, if they drop Flutie and go route of backup QB, I wouldn't mind at all going after Seneca Wallace. Seattle seems pretty high on him though and might resign him for decent $$.

And as was mentioned, Azhumah would be nice. Really, I'd like them to go after any of the top CBs at this point. Will Allen I like as well (go Cuse!).

Depending on what Ricky Manning Jr. gets tendered, I'd love for them to sign him. He's a real physical guy, just how BB likes his corners.

I've never been a fan of Manning. He is small and isn't really that strong. He gets pushed away and is not a press receiver.. But then again we really don't play press

I think BB and Pioli may make a strong push for Archuleta. They got Harrison and then went after Lynch when they already had Harrison.

Archuleta would be a nice addition that allows Rodney to come back more slowly and be 100%.

The problem with him is all he can do is be the 8th man in the box. He is awful in pass coverage. He's slow and has no instincts which isn't surprising because he was a LB his whole life. Having him back there would limit what we could do and I can't see any way BB signs a guy who does that.

Agreed. Not to mention I remember hearing on Stern, some porn star was on, and she was mentioning how her b.f. was Adam Archuleta. While I am certainly not against banging porn stars, I'd rather guys playing for the professional team I root for have better judgement & different priorities.

I'd much rather they go for Corey Chavous, who is a real smart player.

Default Nate*Clements

I've always been a fan of Nate*Clements and I think he would make a great Patriot. Good cover skills and he is not afraid to make a hit. However, I am sure he'll receive a nice paycheck....too rich fr our blood.

Nate Burleson would make me forget all about David Givens.
