Default Question about #55 in the Bronco's game...

this may have been discussed already, however I was out of the country watching the game in a bar, and there was a clip of Willie supposedly being restrained by the team, heard some comment about how this was so unpartiot like. I checked the threads here and there was only a couple of comments about how he was supposedly going after Izzo. Could someone please clarify this for me? Thanks.

Yeah, this was on the 1-yard run after Champ Bailey's INT. Izzo apparently missed his assignment and Anderson scored easily. Willie didn't take it too well, and at that point I think he knew that the TD all but sealed up the game. That whole evening can be best described as "Un-Patriot Like"

This thread's a joke, right? Larry Izzo and his 220 lbs were playing linebacker in the goalline D?

That stuff happens, even on the Patriots . How many fights do you think there are during practice & training camp?

Yes, Larry was playing; he was an extra LB/S and didn't close the edge. The Bronco RB could just about have walked into the endzone.
