I have no proof, but I would not doubt this for a second.

It's kinda like regular work. If you have a software engineer with a good skill-set, you have a choice to work for a start-up and 12 hrs a day + or work for a F500 fro 8hrs a day. Different culure. Different set of requriements for an employee by the org.

As we all know, the job descr. in Foxboro is different than other places.
