I've heard conflicting stories on this but I would be very interested to hear confirmation that this started with the Pats. Our group does it at the bar where we watch games and people think that we are lame for stealing the NYJ cheer but if I can get proof that it started with NE then we will definitely continue it.

It was real funny last year when they were getting crushed by Atlanta. Nothing like being down 30 points and chanting "in-com-plete" when Matt Schaub attempts a pass.

The fans don't even do it on their own. They need to flash it on the scoreboard for them.
