Hey everybody, looking forward to saturday night...cant wait. I was curious what parking is like on gamedays at Gillette stadium. Some buddies and I are driving up from Jacksonville and plan on tailgating before the game. I heard parking there is terrible (without a parking pass that is), but any info. on a none parking garage parking spot good for tailgating would be appreciated! Thanks guys, good luck saturday night!

$35. to park at the stadium. Some off site places are $40. They are all good for tailgating. The parking isn't bad. Some off site lots are up to a mile away from the stadium, while some are right across the street. BTW, there are no parking garages.

Parking garages?? LOL - Foxboro is a very sleepy suburban town about 35 miles south and west of Boston - located 1/2 way between Boston and Providence. So, just come early and park as close to the stadium as you can, you will find great tailgating in all the parking lots, we know how to eat and drink quite well.

Not sure what your friends are referring to with the parking problems. There's traffic getting to and especially leaving the lots. But I've never had any problems otherwise. Lots open 4 hours ahead of time and Foxboro is a really good place to tailgate.
During the playoffs the price goes up... I would expect a minimum of $40 for the stadium lots and wouldn't be surprised if it was $45. There's plenty of parking in the stadium lots. People who park far away are usually those that want "easy out" but the best thing to do is just park close and spark up the grill after the game too.

OK, here's the scoop. Parking is a dream at the stadium. It's so easy and inexpensive. Route 1 is a zippy little road and the traffic moves quickly.
Make sure to park in the lot closest to the stadium right before gametime. Tell the friendly attendant that you intend to pay after the game, then request him/her to valet park while you saunter inside.
Sometimes the men's rooms get a bit overcrowded, so the Krafts have a very flexible policy where they say it's OK in those situations for men to use the ladies rooms.
And remember to always, always wear lots a Jaguar paraphenalia!
If you and your buddies are fairly sane (aka not in pat fans faces 24x7), I humbly invite you to join my tailgate. We meet a few miles from the stadium and caravan in with as few cars as possible, ending up in the stadium lot "P-8" (check the GIllette Stadium link posted above for location).
We have a nice group, and, best of all, a big old fire to stay warm both before and after the game. . We stay until the police kick us out, which will be sometime around 1:30am.

Did they ever find that Steelers fan that accepted you invitation a few years ago?
