That's obviously a big "if," but given the hypothetical, I'd do it in a mockingbird's heartbeat.

EDIT: Check this 4 WR set: Moss-Welker-Branch-Edelman. Trusting an instant rekindling of Branch's chemistry with Brady, that's at least as potent as Moss-Welker-Stallworth-Gaffney, no? Maybe less speed but a great collection of precise route-runners.

It's possible that the "committee" will give Caserio the Nobel Peace Prize even before he brings BB and Mangina together. I hear that you don't have to demonstrate anything but the promise to do something in the future (maybe) and they'll hand them out.

I think the possiblities of landing Branch is interesting. HOWEVER, I think it would be hard for Seattle to trade him back to the Pats (and thus admitting there "mistake"). Galloway to Seattle for Branch probably would not work either. Branch's salary still has about 5 million left on it for this year, so it would save Seattle so serious cake if they did let him go. Lofa Tatupu is now out for the year. Too bad Thomas' cap hit is so big, we could trade him and Galloway to Seattle for Branch and say Seattle's 3rd or 4th rounder next year.
