My tickets to that game were sold...for the same reason you are concerned about.

The proceeds go towards playoff tickets - something I'd much rather get.

Congratulations on the tix. Hope you have a great time. Yes, it will most likely be a virtual bye week for the starters. But, so what? We'll be seeing lots of Doug Flutie. And given his age, it wouldn't shock me if the Miami game is the final game of his career. I think that's kind of a cool angle in what otherwise will be a meaningless game.

my wife always buys me pats stuff i got a auto brady superbowl jersey last year!

I usually got a couple games a year with also going to training camp a couple times and never miss a snap if im not at the game im glued to the tv,But this year i didnt have a chance to go to a game yet so it will be fun no matter who plays.
