Price actually said that IF he plays, it will just be for about 20 snaps. He didn't say he absolutely believed he would.
He did seem sure that Vince will play, however, saying the ankle wasn't as bad as first thought.

It's tough to respond to how "amazing" this may or may not be since none of us really have any idea how bad the injury was in the first place, but this is certainly good (and unexpected) news if true.

I would hope that Mayo would only be used sparingly and only if the situation arised where the team desperately needed to stop the running game and the short pass in the second half.
