Good points. I'm not sure I would call Brandon McGowan a "safety/linebacker" hybrid at 5'11" 207#. Just a d*mn good player.
I would add 2 points to those you have mentioned:
- Controlling Baltimore's running game. Hold them under 100 yards, limit their time of possession, force Flacco to beat you.
- The short passing game. We probably won't be running a lot, or very effectively, against Baltimore. So our short passing game will be key to controlling the ball, moving the chains, and winning the possession battle.
Keep Flacco off the field, and force him to beat you when he's on the field. I see that as the real key to the game.
