I'd rather they win than be classy. The SD SuperChargers are the classiest professional sports team in the history of mankind and are lead by the classiest NFL player of all-time. But who wants to cheer for 8-8 class ? Not me.

Rather win and be thought of as non-classy (even though we know it's bull). Give up the classy caring and let's get onboard with the winning. Like a guy from my village once said : there's first place, then f-all.

I don't think any Pats fan cares what other fans think of them at this point. But it's nice to root for a team that not only knows how to win but also knows how to honor players like Marquise who don't get a chance to stick around and see their kids grow up. It's a wonderful gesture and it's nice to see some proper perspective in the tunnel vision world of the NFL.

No... but that is often the perception. And whe it comes to the NFL, BB and the Pats are SEEN as classless, even though there are many examples to the contrary. I'll amend : rather have the Pats seen as classless, but win than thought of as classy and lose.

Have you ever made a post in your life that isn't a whiney, sniveling *****fest?

Anyway, Tedy is a true leader. While I accept that he is retired, I do have a suspicion that he will go to the now infamous Shadow Roster. Leaving his locker untouched might be a good idea in the event that a huge rash of injuries to the defense happen again this year (God I hope not).

Even if we don't have a huge rash of injuries, I'd love to see Tedy back. Sounds like it was a nagging leg injury that got him to retire- with some time for that to heal up, he could maybe come back strong and give us a few good games to end the season and make a playoff push.

If Tedy doesn't make a return to playing I do hope to see him in some level of coaching for the Pats. He's a well respected leader who still can help the team out defensively even if its being a coach.
