Hey all ... I will be a co-host today from 10-2 on Dale & Holley, and I really don't want to talk about the Red Sox. I'd love to get plenty of Patriots talk this AM from the people of Patsfans, and I promise I will do my best to give a shout-out to the messageboard. (If you do call in, feel free to mention the site and give it a plug -- I will encourage it.) If you're not in New England, listen online at WEEI.com. I've been told we're going to have on at least one player to talk about last night.

Thanks guys! Was happy to get the chance. Felt a little out of my element with the Sox talk, but it was great to get into real Pats talk -- as well as give Patsfans.com a shout-out or two along the way. Sounds like they're going to have me back sooner rather than later -- I'll keep the board posted regarding future appearances.

If you keep coming back, I'll keep listening! Much more depth to the Pats talk than usual, a pleasant change.

I pretty much gave up on WEEI football talk a couple of years ago when they laughed off a caller who wanted to talk about potential draft prospects two days before the draft. The hosts said they didn't waste their time on nonsense like that, they just waited to see who the Pats drafted and then read up on them after the fact. (Me: and then you "grade" the draft, right? )
