Tampa Bay is definitely falling fast. They should go with McCown but it looks like they aren't going to.

I like Cincy just based on Palmer being back. They need RB play though... Benson isn't it. Maybe B.Leonard steps it up.

Most improved: Detroit (Nowhere but up)

Fastest falling: Cincinnati (Remember when they were looked at as an SB contender a few years back)
