Question NFLN [not] to carry all preseason games live???

Not sure if anyone heard this, but the NFLN will be carrying all the preseason games live this year. At least according to their commercials, anyways. If its true, that will be great for those of us not living in New England anymore.

They may have live lookins, they won't be all on live. They can't be with so many games at the same time.

The NFLN replay of the first Pats preseason game is 11pm EST next Thursday, pretty much starting as the game ends. Great for those of us in CA, an 8pm start

I'd really like an alternative to Don Criqui and Randy Cross. Gesh.

Ditto. From the schedule

NFL Network Games
it looks like they will be covering 5 of pre-season week 1 games live and then 2 or 3 each week. They are showing them all eventually on tape delay or at odd hours.....If you have a burning desire to watch the Bengals and Saints at 4am.............

Actually it's 12 live and but will replay all 65 pre-season games. Here is the link to the TV schedule. NFL Network will air all 65 preseason games in high definition

You're not going to get one. NFLN just replays the WCVB (well, now WBZ) broadcast. They're not having their own announcers do them.

Read the other posts. This is no different from past years; NFLN is carrying a few live, and all the others as original local broadcasts on tape delay.

The only thing they're doing differently this year is having them all in HD.

Actually, I think last year was the first year they carried them all (years before they only carried about half to 2/3), but you are right that this is not anything significantly new. They have been carrying live preseason games for a few years.

My DVR is ready. Last year 1/2 was with the crew announcing for 1 market and the other half was with the crew from the other market, unless it was a national broadcast.
