Default Where can I find Player Contracts?

Does anyone know of a website where they list player contracts?

I've searched, and can't find anything.

Thanks in advance.

The NFL CBA has a standard contract

Filed safely away in 5 places (assuming you are talking about the patriots) - 1 In Belichicks office at Gillette Stadium 2. In a vault at the League Offices in NY, NY and 3. In Mr. Kraft's office at Gillette Stadium. 4. Framed at the Players house over the fireplace and 5. in a fireproof box at the players agents office.

i might be wrong but i think that the executed document itself is confidential other than for information that impacts the salary cap. i also think, subject again to correction, that there is a standard contract such as another poster suggested that is adapted to each situation.

for example, when big ben wiped out on his motorcycle a few years ago there was much discussion of whether his contract at the time contained a specific clause about riding his bike and whether his future contracts would contain such a clause, but i believe that no one knew for sure.

anyway, i'd appreciate clarification from anyone who knows more about this than i do.

There is no such place that is open to the public. The NFLPA lists the salary data for every player, but they do not list contract terms like bonus money or incentives/escalators. Rotoworld offers contract details on players on their site but they are likely gleaned from the press releases at the time deals are signed. USA Today maintains a salary data base for NFL players but I believe theirs is based on current salary and pro rated amortization from signing bonus. And I believe Miguel provides links to other teams cap pages but they are kept by various levels of amatuers/hobbiests so not all are as detailed as Miguel's. And even his data is limited to details released via media, some of which are not always correct depending on where the media got their details (from an agent or some insider or actually viewing the contract). Miguel has great detail on the Brady contract terms for example because someone showed it to Nick Cafardo after it was signed.

There is no publicly available net location. NFLPA has base salary information for all players. The media often gets hold of bits and pieces of contracts that agents leak out. But otherwise, it's (almost) impossible to get them.

I think they're secretive about this. For example, a few years back I was on vacation from work and me and a friend impulsively decided to go to Green Bay to see the new Packer Hall of Fame. In one of the cases there they have one of Brett Favre's player contracts, but all the areas with dollar amounts were blacked out or removed. So I'm guessing if they won't disclose the value of an old contract they won't publish current ones either.

I seem to recall a few years ago that Miguel would relay info found on the NFLPA site in regards to how it affected the cap, and also note when it changed (for example, if salary was shifted to bonus money.) I don't see where that info is on that site now; did I just miss it, did they remove it from public viewing, or did they remove it completely?

Even without the specifics - such as whether or not a player is allowed to ride a motorcycle or sky dive, or the LTBE and NLTBE incentives - I believe what the original poster is looking for is players salaries and bonuses for salary cap purposes of all players on all 32 teams. If that data is available somewhere then it might be interesting to take a look at it.
