According to a report in the Asbury Park Press, the Patriots have added to their scouting staff this week. A nice story about a guy who seems legitimately thrilled to be joining BB and the New England staff.

The rookie is gonna "get told" to keep it quiet.

All kidding aside, I have a question : isn't this a bit "out of the norm" ? What would prompt such a leap, seeing as how BB seems to have many, many former associates in the college ranks and all over football ?

I think BB seriously likes guys that want it. Good for him and good for us, I'm guessing.

BB's preparing for the future. After all, if TFB has his way, his replacement is in middle school right now.
