He can not do everything. The sooner everyone is in place the better.

Bill knew this was coming and is prepared, it has been said that BB has a plan in place if the Ball Boy does not come back.. the hallmark of this franchise is preparation for any situation.. things will go right along we will not notice any difference.

No and yes, but I would think that for something this important a contingency plan would be in place from the outset. That just seems to be SOP for this regime.

Probably 80% of the people in this group don't even get that joke though.

Well, we all know that Bill Belichick takes a two month vacation right about now, returning just in time for the Draft, and that the Krafts have absolutely nothing to do with the management of this team, which they treat like just another stock in their portfolio. So, I guess nobody is. I understand there's a couple of janitors who are authorized to negotiate with players' agents, though.

Why doesn't someone hire Dean Pees?

The difference is that Brady calmly calls audibles while Manning flaps like a chicken, barks 11 code words, and makes sure every camera in the stadium has documented his once-in-a-generation (and patented, I believe) ability to see a defensive formation and change the play. Both have the same effect, but Manning transcends measurable human intellect while Brady merely chooses a different play.
