I have actually met a Jet fan that I respect, my sons soon to be fiancé is a rabid Jets fan and she is really nice. We are trying to convert her and after this year it may not be so difficult.

no daughters....damn, thanks though. I always say that I hate the teams and some of the players but guys over the year like Troy Brown, and Bruschi I just have all the respect in the world for.

K-Ro, I haven't heard it yet. What is your take on the Mangini firing? and what do you think the Browns are in for?

My friend and his boys are huge Pats fans and you already know my deal. We drive up to Gillette and its a beautiful building. Great scene all around, a nice peak into the stadium from outside, the light house is a nice touch. It was freezing so I wore my jets cap and no one gave me any grief. We were low on time so we just headed for the Pats HOF after snagging some photos.

I dispise the Patriots a lot, I hate several of their players however I thoroughly enjoyed Pats HOF despite the painful journey through the building. The 15 minute video was informative. The memoribilia (sp?) was beyond extensive. The Lamar Hunt trophies, SB rings and SB trophies were great to see in person. I was amazed by how in depth it was and how well put together the whole place was. The interactive places were time consuming. The collection and organization of everything there is simply amazing. I walked away still hating the Pats may even more so but that venue it a phenomenal place for people who like football such as myself and enjpy its history. The biggest sentiment I walked away with was the Robert Kraft is one of the greatest owners in sports by far. Nothing ground breaking occurred but I thought the place was pretty cool and just wanted to share that thought
That's OK. We get it. One of my favorite scenes from King of Queens is when Doug discovers Carrie's doctor has the grill he wanted. It sears the logo into the meat. But, it has the Patriots logo on it (instead of the Jets logo Doug wanted) and he screams "The Patriots?! The Patriots?!" I laugh every time I see that because I would have the same reaction if the tables were turned.

I was at the hall last Dec 26. Sat through the film twice. I use to live near there and was surprised by how much it has changed in just under 2 years. You use to be able to see the stadium from Rte 1. Now there's all those stores in front of it. I'm glad you liked it. I enjoy it but, wondered how much non-fans (or at least hard core fans) would like it.

I wanted him gone yet still believe he can be a good coach if he matures and grows from his previous mistakes. Not to insult another franchise b/c mine isnt to high on the totem pole, but the browns cant go much lower. I think he will bring a new demeanor to them and if he can improve his in game decision making and lighten up on trying to be baby Belli then I can see him as a good coach. His biggest problem to me was pointed out by Mike Francesca. He is so fascinated by statistics and gameplans so hard that he loses the sense of what calls need to be made on sundays based on gut reaction and tendencies going on during the game.

Thanks for the report, the last time I was at Gillette Stadium Patriot Place was still in the construction phase. I hope to get back to see it one of these days.

Once the hotel opens up, my wife and I are going there for a long weekend, maybe during training camp. Practice-watching for me, boutique-shopping for her. We might never leave.

Really looking forward to seeing the Hall. I've heard nothing but good things. Thanks for the critique, K-Ro. And good luck rebuilding next year (the key word being rebuilding).

I'm heading there in two weeks. A day at the hall, then a bite and beverages at CBS Scene. I've been to many games there but have yet to enjoy the hall. I'm really looking forward to it.

i went to the pats hof today and the place is awesome to say the least. its a must for any pats fan. i even got to meet the only sports writer worth reading mike reiss. he seemed like a very nice guy. the hall has lots of interactive exhibits and a very good movie about the pats in the theatre. all for ten bucks. a great way to spend a couple of hours.
