Reading this thread... I don't know if I'm glad I posted the article...

In my opinion, Randy Moss is a 31 (?) year old wide receiver who scares the bejudas outta most corners/safeties in the league. He's got a bad habit of making them look bad.

I'm not hunting down the quote, but Randy talked about how hard he practices/plays and he said that he's a veteran receiver and they don't expect him to sprint down the field on every play.

I'd rather live with the odd gator-arms or hitting the deck early to avoid decimation and get to watch him make plays all season, personally.

And really, the short-arming thing was pretty much written off by Faulk talking about using the same technique to not tip off defenders.

As the offense clicks more, we'll see less slips, but the fact is these guys are human and they're aging. Slips will happen. They still have to earn their paycheques, though. No doubt about that.
