Here's hoping Green-Ellis is ready to step up. If not these could be a long 2-3 weeks for us.

I've managed to completely miss this 2-3 weeks thing. Where did they announce that?

**Edit - found it. WTF?

I agree we need to bring somebody in. What happens if BJE gets dinged up during a game? You want Faulk to carry it 20+ times? Then HE'LL get injured too!

Right. If Belichick didn't think they could play, they wouldn't be on the team.

Supposedly we have a deep team, yet every time a starter gets hurt, Chicken Littles go bonkers running around in full flap mode.

There is a reason they are called backups.

No crap. If BB thought there was someone available that is better than BenJarvis he would be on the team already.

Except right now the team only has one full-time RB healthy, and he is an UDFA. I'm not a Chicken Little, but Morris & Maroney hadn't proved durable last year, so BB carried a 5th RB in Jordan.

Now he is proven right as Maroney is on IR and now Morris is missing time, only Jordan has not proved durable. So why would he not repeat his actions from earlier in the year and bring in another RB to hedge against Morris/Jordan not being healthy & dependable the rest of the way?

This is not being a Chicken Little: it's smart resource management.
