Default How long before Moss becomes the Moss of old?

I am worried that Moss grows tired of the current state of affairs and reverts into that Moss everyone said he would.

Is that the biggest problem the pats have to worry about?

Plus, I don't see it happening.

I saw him pick up Cassel in the fourth quarter after Cassel got hit and even gave him a pat on the butt.

Moss has been FINE considering how bad Cassel has been so far. If we drop below .500 with Cassel at QB though, we might see something.

I think he'll be OK knowing Brady will be back next year. If, heaven forbid, Brady had a career ender and this quality of QBing was Moss' present and future then I think he could just quit.

Moss knew his stats would suck shortly after 6 minutes into game one so its not like he was not prepared to be non existent this season for most of the time - He knew with Cassel his stats and importance to the team would suck as bad as Cassel.

Next year is a fresh return to the Moss of old hopefully

Hope he does soon, so he can get benched and not get injured before the real team plays next year.

Whats the over under? I give him two more games with Cassel :P

Sorta kidding...

It might be that he might suck it up and gives his efforts because he knows Brady will be back next year...

Moss' issue isn't mental - it's physical. He's not making routine catches let alone difficult circus catches. He is a shadow of the 2007 version, has been since last December. He's not getting much seperation, he looks stiff and he's dropping catachable balls left and right. The two early throws to him were catachable let alone for a $9M #1 pro bowl WR. He's just not making plays.
