Default Chad Finn to join the Globe

From Reiss:

Quote:
As the Patriots get set to open the 2008 season, it seems like the right time to introduce a few members of our enthusiastic Boston Globe/Boston.com team who plan to follow all aspects of New England's Super Bowl quest:

....

Chad Finn -- Chad was recently named to Boston.com's newly created online sports reporter/writer position, where he'll contribute news in this space from time to time as well as provide commentary on the Patriots in his Touching All the Bases blog.
I think this is terrific news: Finn is opinionated, passionate, smart and funny (even if I've never heard of 99% of the baseball players he writes about). He will complement Reiss and Gasper's more factual approach. Great move by the Globe.

Well, if he's going to write about football shouldn't he change the name of his blog to Crossing the Goal Line or something like that?

"Joining the Globe" is not a good title since his TATB blog has been on the Globe's website for a while now. Anyway, I'm glad he's getting more exposure. His stuff is good and he's the same age as me, so I can relate a lot to his content.

Regards,
Chris

Sorry if this is old news. I did a search and it hadn't been mentioned on the board, so I went ahead and posted.
