Prediction:
The Patriots on paper should win this game, but games aren’t played on paper. The Giants and Coughlin always play the Pats tough. Defensive coordinator and Grafton, Mass native Steve Spagnuolo always comes up with a creative game plan to slow down and frustrate Tom Brady.

But this Giants defense isn’t the equal of those teams in the recent past. They’ve been gashed in the passing game and the pass rush hasn’t been effective enough to help out a beat-up and beleaguered secondary.

Look for Brady to spread them out and pick them apart with the short passing game. Manning and the Giants will look to do much of the same with the underneath stuff and then try to hit the deep ball with Beckham. This one should be much higher scoring than those two Super Bowls and could fall into an old-fashioned shootout.

The Patriots pass rush will ultimately provide them with a couple of more stops as the tide flips this time in the Meadowlands. New England will improve to 9-0 and win a tough victory on the road. Patriots 35-24
