It's funny that you (and others) seem to use the term "Belichick defenders" as a type of insult. Any Patriot fan with any pride at all should defend all of the Patriot players, coaches, and management that were part of the dynasty. That doesn't mean that BB, Brady, Edleman, Gronk, Seymour...
Since this thread is clearly off-topic....
Are you ready for the B's playoff run? Maybe they will make up for last year's disappointment. (Wishful thinking)
WTF, all this Brady talk has got me having flashbacks to 2020.
I'm just checking in to make sure no one is spreading nonsense about "Belichick losing his place in posterity"....Carry on....
I came to this thread because I wanted for someone to tell me that the rest of the series was better than the first couple episodes that I watched. Looks like I made the right call to abandon the series.
Speaking of that Tuck Rule play, I was shocked they didn't call a penalty for one of the Raiders defensive players punting the ball after the "recovery". Shouldn't that be a 15-yard penalty? Not to mention Woodson hitting Brady in the head during the play itself. I had never noticed the Raider...

Wow! After reading the last couple pages of this thread I have learned that the guy who just had his first press conference two days ago is already considered a bad hire by some. Tough crowd. Geesh, give the guy a chance, why don't we? This could be a long year on this forum.
I love and appreciate all that BB did with the Pats and supported him to the end. But he is gone and now it's Mayo's turn to get my support. If they are in a Pats uniform or roaming the sidelines, I'll support them. I don't understand the purpose of demeaning coaches and players for the team you...
I appreciate you doing this and keeping the thread clean of analysis. Do you think you will be putting coaching staff and front office transactions in the 2024/2025 thread?
My thoughts on BB are simple:
1) Providing that BB still wants to coach in NE, I think Kraft should give him at least one more year to see how well BB does with the draft capital and the abundance of cap space. He deserves a do-over.
2) If Kraft goes a different direction, it will be a bit of a...
