It's been said that Berman reads and consumes information in the press and Internet. Wouldn't be so far fetched for him to actually check Patsfans.com messageboards. Despite Berman showing he's fully capable of coming up with pointed and valid questions today, I'm sure the brilliant posters...
Colts actually started this, not Ravens. The Ravens notified Colts of issues on the kicking ball which turned out to be true. That's why Harbaugh and Ravens can come out so strongly to refute report (something Kraft should learn from). Colts used the info to try to get a competitive advantage...
Goodell told Peter King that he never heard about the deflated balls issue until Monday after the game. The reports show that to be way different. He needs to answer for that if he expects to call out Brady for not knowing McNally. That's ways easier to explain than the Commissioner of a...
The Browns confirm the league is investigating whether a member of the team's personnel department texted the sideline during games.
A "high-ranking" personnel man allegedly texted the sideline complaining about play calls. "Obviously I'm aware of it," coach Mike Pettine said Thursday. "I do...
Team have room under the salary cap including the Pats, the draft picks have become more valuable due to the rookie scale and a few teams are pushing hard for the Suck for Luck sweepstakes.
Think BB will recognize this and will work a few trades to get veterans for cheap from Indy and Denver...
One of the key advantages that BB has over most other front offices is that he has the complete trust of his owner and his job is secure for many years allowing him to make decisions that are unorthodox.
- This year most teams are taking care of their needs through the draft and BB doesn't...
We hear all the time opinions on whether you'd choose Brady or Manning if you were to start a new NFL franchise. For most of us on this board, the answer is Brady by a wide margin. However, I'm curious to know whether the fans here would choose Tom Brady in his prime as our QB or Bill...
Congrats to the Pats for making history as the 1st 16-0 regular season and setting many individual and team records. If/when they cap it off with the Lombardi, they will have proven that they are the best team EVER.
Thanks for the belated Christmas present to the fans...it was worth the wait.
Does anyone know the significance of the "swim move" celebration that Moss, Welker and others around the league seem to be doing alot after they score a touchdown? It's cool and all, but does it have any meaning?
I just trolled Jetsinsider.com and almost all the threads are not about the Pats/Jets game or even the Jets themselves. The active threads include:
OT: The Shining...asking who the killer is
Girlfriend problems...should I dump my girlfriend
OT: what non-sports messageboards do you frequent...
Check this out...Merriman at their pep rally before the game. "I'm going to punch [Brady] in the mouth"

Screw the Chargers. They got paid back.
I could see him becoming an assistant coach once he retires. He has to be pretty intelligent to be able to handle the responsibilities of multiple positions. And with how he truly "gets" the Patriots team philosophy, I see BB giving him a chance and mentoring him.
Here is the link to the actual 2003 Pats playbook. Pretty awesome stuff!

Maybe I'm into Jedi-mind tricks, but I like to think that BB intentionally went RB and picked Maroney, knowing that Deangelo Williams would go soon after. After these two RBs were gone, the RB class for the versatile type of RB Indy wanted went razor thin and they had to reach for Addai, a...
