As Patriots fans, we know what bad reporting can be like. I don't want to mention too many names, but there's Breer, Borges, Felger, Curran, Gasper, even SMY to some extent now, etc., who continually seem dead set against the Patriots way, looking for any way possible to criticize the team...
Mike Reiss reports:
Brady Says "there's nobody like Junior"
I post this because I wasn't sure anything would happen imminently, but it looks he definitely will be back, which is great news, IMO.
I might be in the minority, but I think Pats running back Laurence Maroney might be able to have a big year in 2009.
Yeah, I know the backfield is crowded. I know Maroney's injury problems and dancing tendencies. However, no one on this board can deny that he's got natural talent...
One player that people seem to be overlooking is 2nd year cornerback Jonathan Wilhite.
I keep hearing people mentioning Butler, Wheatley, Bodden, and Springs, yet no one mentions Wilhite.
Recently, I went back and watched the final four games of the season (all of which Wilhite started)...

WR, #82:
WR, #15
WR, #16
FB?, #43
LB/DL?, #48
WR, #10
I wonder if one of the wide...

But, I was thinking even more about it.
This year, tons of NFL teams are switching to the 3-4.
Teams like the Broncos...
The more I found out and watch about this guy, the more and more I like him.
He is a big, powerful back with a compact frame. Churns his legs to pick up extra yards. Not the most elusive, but is nimble enough to make the ocassional defender miss in the open field. Decisive runner, although...
I know the need is outside linebacker, but the Patriots brought both Vontae Davis and Malcolm Jenkins (or are planning to) for visits.
Personally, I think both will be gone by 23.
But if not, if either of them were around, would you take them?
Personally, I think both are going to be...
This one came from patriotsblog.net:
With the departure of Heath Evans via free agency, one position the Patriots may look to address this April is fullback.
Looking at the board, Tony Fiammetta from Syracuse looks to be the best option available. He is very strong, and is an excellent...
