So they're randomly going to end an sensible 11-year tradition.....because why? So we can see a Packers team that failed to make the playoffs last year?
iirc the reason the Ravens didn't was because the Orioles had a home game the same night (the stadiums share a parking lot). The Ravens did not open up the 2013 season at home after winning the SB, so the league has broken tradition in the past
Think it’s because of the 100th anniversary of the NFL. They’re trying to pay tribute by putting on the oldest rivalry and all that. What the ****?

Very true. Its a big advantage well earned for the SB champs to play that THursday night and then not ahve to play for 10 days. Only time it happens during the season and it is supposed to be a perk for SB champs. Not happy taht they have taken this away from us.This is so stupid..............
This is the only Thursday of the year where you don't have a short-week to prepare, and you still get the mini-bye after.
What did the Packers/Bears do to earn this???
Ridiculous - GIVE IT TO THE CHAMPS!
