Tomorrow is signing day, when players are locked into their college decisions. There will be plenty of coaching moves made immediately following that, likely including Schiano joining the Patriots in some capacity. Schiano doesn't want a player to decide against Ohio State just because he is leaving. Ruthless, I know.

I hope bill chooses to promote Flores I don't hate the schiano move but I really would like to test the unknown I have a feeling Flores being promoted might win back some locker room trust for bill

Flores could be the future DC maybe BB wants Schiano just to oversea him and help him with some of the issues that could arise.
