Did Cassel's "low" trade value wind up screwing MangIdiot?

Sorry if this has been posted already - but I missed this earlier with PFT going down given the high traffic.

The gist is that Mangini is trying to move Anderson and get some value for him on the QB Trade market - but thanks to the "low" value established by Cassel, may be stuck with a QB he doesn't want or need, forced to expend a $5 million roster bonus and not having the benefit of whatever draft pick he received in return.

Just thought this was a funny side story to the Cassel trade - I don't put much stock in it, but it would be funny to think that Belichick winds up screwing Mangini.

Anderson will probably go for a late 3rd or early 4th round pick now.

I still say it makes no sense for Cleveland to trade Anderson.
