They're on a tear right now and doing what they should be doing-beating the teams they should be beating-but it's not even the halfway mark yet. It remains to be seen if the Yankees can maintain this momentum, and I don't think this years Sox will collapse like last year. 162 is a great equalizer.
 Yes,that is interesting! I read Breer's article quickly-I missed that, thanks for posting it. Maybe it's nothing, maybe it's something, but one thing's for sure; the Pat's story that we never see or read about is someday going to be an incredible read.
Congrats to Bru on what also...
Lose what step? I like CJ and I have high hopes for him still, but I don't think he has much of a step to lose. So far his major gains seem to be learning the system/plays. If he takes the field this year, and I assume he will at some point,he's a rookie all over again.
Hasselback was counting on Branch's parcipitation this time, and it's not like the Hawks are scrubs who don't have a prayer of contending.

If you leave for the money so be it,but you do right by...

Exactly. So far he's shown flashes of brilliance and they all go through peaks and valleys. It's a long season (hopefully a real long season):) so we'll see how he ends up overall.
Breer's stuff is outstanding-he makes everything understandable and seems to have a keen eye for detail. Great in depth analysis from him all throughout camp. I've got him bookmarked right up there with Reiss news.:)
This kid is a coup for the Herald and for us fans. He may have gone out on a...
haha very good!
There have been some awesome wallpapers, pics, and videos posted along the way. I actually went back about 50-70 pages looking for some, hoping to consolidate them into 1 thread, but I limited my search to thread titles only and therefore couldn't come up with much:cool: They...
"Said Seau: 'The defense is tough for young guys because you have to really know your stuff in this defense. The schemes are complicated and you have to know the terminology very well.' "
Wise words:rocker: Tis why BB likes his veterans.
Was this the jaw-dropper Casale was talking...
