    I need to VENT

Since when do we punt on 4th and 2 near the middle of the field!?!?!

    Good point by Tomase

This is stupid because if he had written that Moss seemed unusually on edge last week without having any idea why, you would have just ripped him for trying to stir up trouble about Moss and distract the team the week before a big game. Plus it would have just been shoddy reporting and Tomase...

Moss' Legal Team: Woman Victim of "Consensual Horseplay"

It doesn't matter (in the big sense of the word) if we approve or disapprove of anyone else's actions, but we can still care what kind of person the athletes or celebrities we follow are. It effects the way we follow them. I personally don't think it is that big of a deal if Randy had a...

Question for Pats Fans Overseas. Help!

Also remember that for most asian countries the time difference is somewhere in the vicinity of 12 hours. This could really mess things up for you if you have morning meetings and a night game in the states is occuring at 8 in the morning for you in asia. If you can't find a place to watch...

Mr. Strahan's comments soon after spygate

I'm sorry, but this is a bit too much. I'm all for bulletin board material, but this hardly qualifies. I'm a huge Pats fan and I had the same questions when spygate broke. Wisconsin reporters just never came to me looking for a quote.

Pats/Giants to be simulcast on CBS and NBC [mergedx3]

Re: Pats/Giants to be simulcast on CBS and NBC [mergedx2] http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/26/sports/football/27cnd-patriots.html?_r=1&hp&oref=slogin New York Times gives a lot more background about the move. BTW, it wasn't just Kerry pressuring the league. The entire CT and RI delegations...

Rod Rust's Patriots vs. Cam Cameron's Dolphins. Who wins?

I think the lesson here is not to hire people with stupid alliterative names.

Maroney: Let's See What We Agree On

Right, except that we could draft a RB in the third round if health is your issue. We don't need the best back in the world to be sucessful. Evans and Eckel as our only healthy backs is, of course, not a good thing. But neither would having an injured Adrian Peterson. High draft position does...

BB explains for the nth time

I think that more people will get it once we go for it on 4th down and someone finally stops us. They'll get the ball back, their defense will have made a stop, and all will be good. Of course we'll probably just get a safety or something on the next snap...but it will be good for a moment. ;)

Maroney: Let's See What We Agree On

Even if I agree with your first three points and think that Maroney will not become a reliably healthy, power back, I don't think that it follows that we need to draft a back at the top of the draft. Obviously there have been some very special runners throughout the history of the NFL, but for...

    Tom Brady, QB, Michigan

THE TOP 5: 1. Chad Pennington (6-3, 225), Marshall Randy Moss says Pennington is the best quarterback he's played with. Charismatic and smart player with solid, not spectacular, skills will be gone in the first 12 picks. Randy Moss is singing a different tune now! :)

Any teams have 2 first rounders next year?

I highly doubt we trade the pick for additional picks this year. A more likely scenario is that we move down to the 15 pick range and take their first round and third round pick next year. Something like that. It seems like a smarter move on our part anyway.
