Wow this is a great idea 40 years ago! I don't think it's going to happen though because of how helpful it would be and we can't have anything like that.
I personally prefer a smashmouth style of play. That way they can get their game on and go play and become all stars. But I mean what do I know? I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. However you'll never know if you don't go! You'll never shine if you don't glow!
I'd like to see that. That would be great if the running back holding the ball was picked off mid air in the endzone by a linebacker and ran back for a touchdown. Linebacker running down the field carrying a running back like a bag of groceries.
1. The Lions. Them and the Browns are the most snake bitten teams in the league so it would be really nice to see one of them break the curse.
2. The Texans. There's nothing really to dislike about them and they haven't had much success in the postseason so that would be nice if they won.

I can totally see him doing that. If he can't get the quarterback he wants then he'll trade down to get more picks to fill the other needs and then either take a chance on a lower round quarterback or pick one up in FA and hope they are good enough to win games with the rest of the upgrades.
I think it's just been song long since we've seen a shred of competency when it comes to QB play that when you watch the first half of that game your mind gets blown with above average play.
If Bill got the 3rd pick be prepared for him to trade down for 34 7th round picks where he drafts 14 kickers, 10 long snappers, 5 punters, 4 special teamers and one wide receiver from Backwoods River Creek High School.
You leave my 1990 team out of this! I did a damn good coaching job and my team was a hell of a lot better than this disaster show we're watching this season!
