Favorite Pats player not named Tom Brady

Big three for me: Milloy, Bruschi, and Troy. I'd put Troy and Bruschi ahead though, just because Lawyer wasn't there for 03 and 04 (though he WAS there for the greatest season of all time). Both players turned down bigger contracts to stay Patriots. That says it all for me.

Ranking The Teams That Get Hurt The Most In A Lockout (Patriots 29th)

I think the three teams who would benefit (if you can benefit from something like this) most would be the Patriots, Colts, and Saints. If you have a great QB-Coach combo (except for Indy) and you have a formulaic system that has stayed the same for at least five years (ten for the Pats) then...

Per PFT: Judge Doty rules owners violated the CBA

A lot of peoples' minds actually. Don't get me wrong, I'd be able to enjoy my life just fine without the NFL, but they should still get it done.

Per PFT: Judge Doty rules owners violated the CBA

True. Unfortunate truth about society I guess. There is more at stake here though. They're pretty set financially, but football is a huge part of this country. They're obliged to give to the populace.

Per PFT: Judge Doty rules owners violated the CBA

These money-grabbing owners are starting to piss me off. How greedy can a human being get? I know, the players get paid a lot of money too, but their career and future can go down the drain at any given moment. It's millions vs. billions. The billions should GTFO.

Favorite Pats game of all time?

I really, REALLY hate to say it, but Super Bowl 42 was the greatest superbowl ever. Favourite game; either the Snow Bowl or the four-pick game in the 2003 AFCCG

    DeSean Jackson

It's true, having him doesn't mean our defense won't progress, the problem for me is the emphasis. We know the Offense can be explosive if the TEs get into the game early. Like you said, stack up on O Line and Defense. And getting DeSean does have to do with Randy Moss, I think. Don't get me...

    DeSean Jackson

Well it worked in 2007, I'm not disputing that. But the team was built completely differently that year. We were jacked up with talented offensive players in their prime (Brady and Moss most importantly), and I have a feeling that BB built that team to beat the Colts after the 2006 AFCCG...

The Snow Bowl Tuck-rule game against the Raiders

Exactly. We had NO business winning it all in 2001. The Rams, Steelers, and Raiders all had better years than we did, on we made it on a few fluke plays that we've come to call Legendary over the years. I mean, what are the chances that Adam performs the best kick of his life, hell, the best...

    DeSean Jackson

No no no no no no no no no no no! NO NO NO NO! NO! NO! This offence has moved on from the field-stretcher, and we will not succeed with one. Those 50 touchdown's in 2007? Many were due to Randy Moss's unreal catching ability. DeSean doesn't really have that, he's just really fast. Still with...

The Snow Bowl Tuck-rule game against the Raiders

Ah, this game. Beautiful 60 minutes, better than the Rams Super Bowl in my opinion (in hindsight, of course). Some people here have stated many great points about that game, but one thing stands out more than anything, and I don't think it was mentioned: Brady spiking the ball in the endzone...

What was your favorite Patriots team?

First has to be 2001. Hell, it could be made into a Hollywood movie. 2003 was awesome too, those last minute game winning drives and all. 2004 I put with 2003, total domination. I loved 2007. When everyone hates you, it brings the team closer together, and the Patriots sure as hell showed it...

OT: Mark Buehrle wished injury on Vick

Well, it just annoys me when people use karma in that sense. And we can argue forever about Vick. I never justified what he did, but many people have done worse and been treated better for it (Ray Lewis, arguable James Harrison).

OT: Mark Buehrle wished injury on Vick

So you'd rather a human die than a dog? I never justified what Vick did, I respect life in all its forms, but this Buehrle guy is a lowlife piece of **** for wishing a career-ending injury on another human being; Vick didn't murder anybody (not justifying what he did, just saying; some crimes...

OT: Mark Buehrle wished injury on Vick

You clearly don't understand Karma in the spiritual sense, so shut up. I hate Vick for what he did, but wishing injury on a player is just plain wrong, any way you look at it. This guy is a piece of sh-it scumbag.
