The Federal court has granted an injunction ordering the town to allow a Kraft representative to speak at tonight's meeting, per Boston.com.

Sounds like the issue is an easement. I know I have an easement on my property (I have a big house in the city, a wide shared driveway). There's an easement that allows access to a carriage house well beyond my backyard. This literally means that, while I own my property, I have to allow access onto my property (only onto my driveway) to the owner of the carriage house.

This is a lot of drama to kick up over a couple of billboards. Foxboro should have cooler heads prevail.

If they take them by eminent domain, and there's a proven history of the Town limiting Kraft's freedom of speech on the topic, watch out. Kraft is going to own a lot more of Foxboro than he does already.

Wrong Kraft. You sure Buffalo is just your second favorite team?

FWIW this is business, not football, and Kraft is in charge of the business of football here. Bill is in charge of the game of football. Kraft is one of the most influential owners in the NFL, in case you weren't all that familiar with him...

Wouldn't that make me a Steelers fan? Anyone debating the fact that the Rooney's are world class owners aren't fans of football. <----(PERIOD)
Anyone intimating that Kraft isn't a world class owner is potentially outing himself as a troll...

Give that guy a cardboard mcdonalds crown, he's got to be royalty with that snooty 'tude.
What questionable moves has he made lately? AFWIW it's Burger King that hands out the crowns...McDonald's bestows Happy Meals.

Kraft is the best owner in American pro sports. Last time I checked, Rooney didn't make the last CBA happen; Kraft did. If you can't recognize that, then you're both a) deeply ignorant of current football and football history and b) almost certainly not a Pats fan.
