In case you don't, here's a thread to remind you: OT: Adam Carriker traded to Redskins

He's doing quite well playing DE in the 3-4. He was clearly out of position in St. Louis and he's having a heck of a season so far. Last season he really did good at setting the edge in the running game. This year he's getting sacks and pressure on the QB. Here's his stats:

I understand it's a discussion forum but.

What is there to discuss really? We don't even play a 3-4 most of the time these days anyway.

Btw, in no way am I sayin I'm sold on this D, but jesus you'd think we're still giving up huge numbers with posts like thuis. We're just now starting to see this defense possibly gel the way BB planned to.

There is no relevance to your post. The Reskins play a single gap system. The Pats play a 2 gap system. Also, how do you know that the Rams even contacted the Patriots about Carriker? Oh. That's right. You don't. It's pure BS speculation with no fact to support it.
