Follow up: police will not investigate the accident any further; the reasoning is that there were no injuries, and no evidence of drugs or alcohol. Apparently in that scenario they end their investigation, walking away to let the two parties involved and their insurance companies figure out who pays for the damage to the vehicle.
I guess that's the way the law works and they have more important things to do, but it seems a bit odd to me considering this appears to be a hit and run, plus he threatened the other party. Looks like Suh may have dodged a bullet.

I'm not sure about the laws in Michigan, but in FL doing exactly what he did is a felony. Even if it's still a little misdemeanor, Suh needs an arrest for his NFL career about as bad as I need to light my house on fire. That guy's head is a wreck.

Yep, he left the scene of an accident. The only explanation here is that someone higher up in the PD got involved and likes the Lions because you and I can't rake a guy's car passing him on the shoulder and drive off without losing our license and first born.
