If they're like this coming off a 6-10 season, I can't imagine how unbearable they will be if they actually have a winning season.
Sadly, for Bills fans, they screwed the pooch on their playoff window by sitting Flutie who was winning for the tackling dummy Rob Johnson. He was tall.

I'm still trying to work out where the Bills are perfectly built to exploit the Patriots defense given a spread offense. They have Steve Johnson and Fred Jackson. That's it.
Re: Bills Writer's Blueprints for Beating Pats: Predicts Sweep
In summation: everything the Bills did this off-season is going to work perfectly and every player on the Pats roster under the age of 30 is going to regress... This "article" was pure garbage and as others have said, it reads like a really long winded homer post on a message board.

I just don't understand the author's rationale for the Bills offense. This is their depth chart according to Bills.com.
The Bills strength should be their defense. On paper it looks very good. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Buffalo D improve tremendously looking at their depth chart. The O, not so much. In my opinion outside of Jackson, Spiller and Johnson, there isn't a heap of observed talent.
Re: Bills Writer's Blueprints for Beating Pats: Predicts Sweep
Sorry to break up the party guys, but the author of this article is most certainly not a Bills beat writer. Nor, by any stretch of the imagination, does he have any sense of what the Bills players, staff, or FO think or the more savvy fans expect.
You guys should know better. This is a fanboy posting on a fan site. Get a grip.
That said, some of the points are valid and I would expect both games to be competitive this year. Could be the Pats win both, could be a split, but I doubt there will be a Bills sweep. Very tough to beat Brady and Belichick twice.
However, I think some of you are being silly by interpreting an article by a fan as something coming out of OBD.
Re: Bills Writer's Blueprints for Beating Pats: Predicts Sweep
I'm not sure how a random guy from an obscure website suddenly talks for all Bills fans. Most Bills fans and media here are barely predicting a split with the Pats.

Yeah look i am happy for a fan to be confident about his team... but the one thing that i found absurd other than the sweep prediction is the whole "our offense is perfectly set up to attack their defense" and "their draft did nothing to help". We drafted defense with our 1st 4 picks all aimed at helping our pass D. And as someone else pointed out bills hardly have the talent a their disposal to be considered "perfectly set up" to attack our d.

I have no issue with Bills fans feeling confident about their team LGB. Writing an article from the perspective of the D would be accurate and far reaching given the apparent quality in the Buffalo defense.
