From sources, it is possible that Fisher will remain with Titans. I have read that senior executives of the Titans are trying to convince the owner to part ways with Vince Young and leave Fisher there.

I don't think its fair to group Seymour with the rest of those guy, Cable is getting fired because Al Davis is crazy and has no clue what he's doing. If before the season someone told you the Raiders would go 8-8 and 6-0 in their division you would say no way, but they have improved a lot under Cable and Seymour has been an asset to them.

Maroney and Moss on the other hand...
Agreed. By all accounts Seymour is the veteran leader on that team, and has done a fantastic job in that capacity. Cable had no business getting fired; Al is just crazy. And even in Fisher's case, where I can see that it might be time for him to go, Bud Adams has picked an absolutely ridiculous issue to pin the decision on. Moss has nothing to do with Adams' man-crush on Vince Young.
Maroney, OTOH, sure... I think that McDaniels might have been able to do fine as just a coach, with a stronger GM that had total control over personnel behind him, but the fact was that McDaniels sabotaged himself as coach by doing a terrible job picking players, and Maroney is one example of that.

So has the coach whose team originally traded for Moss. I'd scrap Fisher from this whole list and put Childress up there, if we're trying to make some kind of consistent point.
Of course, I'd also point out that the Seattle has seen a coach firing during Branch's tenure there and McGinest's post-Patriots coach (Crennel) was fired, whereas Asante, Hobbs and Gay have not seen their coaches fired. I'd hesitate to draw any conclusions based on this premise, it's flimsy at best.
